New Year!

First and foremost Happy New Year to everyone!

So I know with the holidays I have been very neglectful to my blog but now that they are over and the new year has begun I am making a resolution to blog more. So to help make me blog more I've decided to do Project 365 So I will be taking a picture every day and posting it here with a description and on my flickr page here. Heres my picture from today. I am also going to try to make improvements to my website and make it more interesting. its here, any comments and suggestions for it are welcome. I also want to be more organized at home so soon you'll see the before pictures of my craft area(dining room table) and hopefully some nice afters of a new space just for crafting so I can eat at my table again.

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree...

Those are the only words of the song I know. But I did get my christmas tree today!!! I'm super excited that I found one I could afford. Its only about 2 feet tall but its potted so i will have a tree for the next few years and not have to be worried about affording one.

Better Then I Expected

So it took me quite a while to decide that I was even going to see Twilight at all. But now that I've seen it i'm glad that I did. It was much much better then I expected. I think the cinematography and the special effects were so awful. But i was so happy that they didn't completely destroy the story trying to make money like they do with most movies. They kept the story true and changed very little. I still think it could have been a million times better but it wasn't bad. I will be seeing it again due to some missed dialogue while the tweens were all screaming. It was the midnight showing so i was at least expecting that. Anyway, i liked it and i think you should read the books and go see the movie. The series is the best books i've ever read (and ive read ALOT of books)

p.s. i then came home and had rice for dinner. because i like it.

My Newest Project

I finally got up the courage to try working with resin. It was difficult and took a while to figure out and its still no where near perfect.
